Architectural design services
We provide a variety of architectural design services, ranging from new home design to remodels to interior design. We also help clients refine existing ideas and plans, and visualize designs through the use of two-dimensional drawings and three-dimensional models. All projects begin with a consultation between client and owner (and sometimes builder), either at the T-Squared studio or on the project site. After discussing the project scope, deliverables, timeline, budget, and fees, we will agree on a proposal and commence work. Compensation is based on either an hourly or percentage basis, with a design retainer due prior to work commencing. We are happy to make contractor/builder recommendations, and always look forward to making more connections in the industry if you have an existing builder relationship.
